Background
This full-time introductory course is designed for professionals who would like to become qualified in-company trainers, regardless of their professional background – whether in trade, industry, or services.
As a trainer, you will enable apprentices and young professionals to acquire the practical knowledge and skills required for their future careers.
The vocational and occupational teaching knowledge acquired in this course, combined with focused preparation for the IHK Trainer Aptitude Exam, will prepare you optimally for the increasing challenges of modern vocational training.
The legal framework of the course is based on the official German AEVO regulation published by the Federal Ministry of Justice.

Intensive Exam Preparation
Written Exam
Preparation for the written exam includes case studies, exam simulations, and intensive guided sessions.
Oral Exam
We simulate the official sample instruction presentation under real examination conditions.
You will give a presentation and receive constructive feedback, practical recommendations, and proven strategies for a successful oral exam.
Additional appointments after regular course hours are scheduled for this purpose. The total scope is approximately 10 hours.

To ensure optimal preparation, we strongly recommend additional self-study.

The written exam takes place on the first Tuesday of each month.
The oral examination date will be assigned directly by the IHK.
